Mark Keyser

Chief Executive Officer

Mark Keyser is a co-founder of NuWave Solutions, and is currently the Chief Executive Officer. In this role, his primary responsibilities are setting the overall vision and strategic direction of the company, and providing oversight and management of the C-level officers of the company. He also currently serves in the role of Chief Financial Officer, and as the Account Lead for the Aberdeen Market, which currently includes the U.S. Army, CECOM and CERDEC organizations, as well as the Not-for-Profit Market.

Mr. Keyser has over 22 years of experience in the computer consulting industry with a focus on database and development technologies. He is a recognized leader in database architecture and data modeling. Mark has vast experience in delivering enterprise data solutions in the areas of transactional database implementations, data warehouses, and data migration.

Prior to founding NuWave Solutions, Mr. Keyser served in leadership roles including Office Leader, Director, Data Warehouse Practice Manager and Government Business Unit Leader.
Mr. Keyser has a B.S. Degree in Computer Science from Central Michigan University. He is a member of the Data Warehouse Institute.

Rob Castle

Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Castle is the Chief Technology Officer for NuWave Solutions. In this role, he is responsible for setting the company's technology direction. His primary responsibilities are assisting the CEO in direction and oversight of the company, with direct oversight of vendor relationships and capabilities development.

Mr. Castle has over 26 years of experience in the information technology and consulting industry. He specializes in connecting customer mission and goals with technology solutions. He is a recognized system engineer, application architect and J2EE expert. He is the co-author of the book Creating Web Portals with BEA WebLogic (March 2003).

Before coming to NuWave Solutions, Mr. Castle led major development efforts at Metamor WorldWide, Impact Innovations Group and AON Consulting. His roles included Enterprise Architect, Program Manager, Project Leader, Task Leader and Senior Developer for numerous strategic client engagements.

Mr. Castle graduated Cum Laude from Elon College with a B.A. Degree in Mathematics. Mr. Castle lives in Bethesda Maryland. He is the father of 3 adult boys, Chad, Joshua, and Drew. When he is not spending time with them he likes to play golf, travel, and go to the Baltimore Ravens games.

Brad Hubbard

Chief Operating Officer

Brad is responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations of the company. He has direct oversight over corporate resources and operational responsibility for delivery of products and services within NuWave markets.

Brad has over 28 years of experience in the Intelligence, Law Enforcement, Homeland Security and Commercial Sectors and exposure to a wide variety of technologies. Prior to joining NuWave Solutions, he served in leadership and technical roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, Oracle, Impact Innovations Group, and the United States Air Force. Brad has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from University of Maryland University College and is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute, Foreign Language Center.

Brad is passionate about supporting our National Defense by providing the highest quality services and support to our Government customers. He also believes strongly in showing our gratitude to our active duty and veteran service men and women. He is active in the American Legion, Sons of the American Legion, American Legion Riders, and Patriot Guard Riders. In addition to being an avid motorcycle enthusiast, Brad enjoys spending time at home and traveling with his family, and watching sporting events, particularly NASCAR and NFL. He also enjoys golf when time permits, and makes time for at least one hunting trip each year.

Ryan Legge

Vice President, Federal/DoD Division

Ryan Legge is the Vice President of the Federal/DoD Division at NuWave Solutions. He is responsible for business development and delivery of products and services to NuWave customers in the Federal Civilian and Department of Defense Community.

Ryan has 12+ years of experience designing and leading multi-discipline database and Business Intelligence/Analytics projects that integrate overall strategy, leading IT technologies, and process and organizational improvement to Intelligence and Department of Defense agencies. Prior to joining NuWave Solutions, he served in a management role at both KPMG and Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems.

Ryan holds a B.A. in Business Administration from McDaniel College and a MBA in Information Systems Management from Johns Hopkins University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute.

Ryan currently resides in Elkridge, MD, with his wife Kristen and their two daughters, Samantha and Elizabeth. He enjoys playing outside with his children, playing sports (especially golf) and is active in several community and professional organizations including being on the planning board for the National Kidney Foundation's Liberty Mutual Invitational golf tournament. When he's not working or on the golf course, you can find Ryan cheering for all of Pittsburgh's professional sports teams.

Stephen Taylor

Vice President, Intelligence Division

Stephen Taylor is the Vice President of the Intelligence Division at NuWave Solutions. He is responsible for business development and delivery of products and services to NuWave customers in the U.S. Government Intelligence Community.

Mr. Taylor has over 24 years of information technology experience with an emphasis on Service Oriented Architecture, with extensive experience in the Intelligence Community both through his consulting career and as a member of the United States Air Force.

Prior to joining NuWave in 2011, Mr. Taylor worked for Booz Allen Hamilton, where he managed large-scale national defense and intelligence IT projects. Mr. Taylor is retired from the United States Air Force, where he served for nearly 24 years. In his last assignment he served as the Information Technology Program Manager for the International Airmen Division, Undersecretary of the Air Force for International Affairs. Mr. Taylor also served as a member of the Defense Intelligence Agency at Defense Attaché Offices in Cairo Egypt, Madrid Spain, and Damascus Syria from 1992 to 2003.

Jim McHugh

Vice President, Capabilities and Services

As Vice President of Capabilities & Services, Mr. McHugh is responsible for the strategic planning and the tactical implementation of existing and future technology and related services the organization provides. His responsibilities include: defining standards consistent with current and future technology trends, assuring adherence to standards and good development techniques, mentoring, project management.

Mr. McHugh has over 20 years of experience in the computer consulting industry with a focus on enterprise architecture and data architecture, as well as infrastructure design and implementation. Jim holds a certification from The Data Warehouse Institute as a Business Intelligence Professional specializing in Data Analysis and Design at a Mastery Level.

Before coming to NuWave Solutions, Mr. McHugh was the VP of IT for K12, Inc. where he led the Network Operations Center. Mr. McHugh and his team were able to setup a secondary data center to provide a disaster recovery solution for K12, Inc., addressing a huge need for this business. Before joining K12, Inc. Jim was a Data Architect for the American Chemical Society where he helped lead the design and replacement of their major systems during his tenure with ACS. His other roles included Database Manager, Database Administrator, Project Leader, and Senior Developer.

Mr. McHugh graduated from Drexel University with a B.S. Degree in Information Systems.
